Our residential trips are carefully crafted to include learning, fun, team building and hands on activities in the outdoors with an eco - theme. They are fully catered with delicious food from our on - site restaurant. We have a resident lodge warden and secure overnight alarm system. Our grounds are extensive and include woodland, grassland and ponds so there is plenty of opportunity for evening walks and games or the school can choose from our own night walk, story telling, or fire circle evening offers. We are 20 minutes from Petersfield station in Hampshire and just 10 minutes off the A3.

What group sizes do you cater for?
Maximum 33 pupils and their 4 adults

Please give information regarding room sizes and room facilities?
We offer cosy 2 and 3 bed rooms with bunk beds and with single beds. Bathrooms are shared. There is a ligh, bright common room with tables and a television and DVD player.

What is the cost of the accommodation?
All prices are for our residential packages which are led by our own education staff and are bespoke. If interested please contact us and we will quote for the package you choose.

What is your process for booking pre arranged risk assessments?
A pre – visit is mandatory for residential bookings and after the pre visit we will share any appropriate risk assessments with the school by email.

Do you have first aid on site or will the group need to bring a qualified first aider?
There is good First Aid cover on site and all the Education leaders are First Aid Qualified. For residential visits we expect that qualified First Aid staff come with the school for non- guided periods.

Our residential trips are fully catered with delicious food from our on - site restaurant. We have a resident lodge warden and secure overnight alarm system. There is access to woodland, grassland, ponds and fire circle areas. We also have 3 classrooms and a common room, wifi can be logged into and there is small shop selling craft and postcards.

What are your disabled facilities?
Wheelchair accessible bedrooms, toilet and shower are available in the Lodge and we recommend making a pre –visit to ensure that these will meet your needs.

There is also an ajoining room for a carer on the ground floor with wheelchair access.

What are your opening days and hours?
Open year round with a short closed period at Christmas and New Year. Pre- visits need to be booked in advance with a member of staff
