Exactly what does your venue offer to educational visits?

COGO Travel are committed to helping primary schools offer their pupils high quality residential adventures, full of activities and fun for all.

We aim to do this while keeping prices as low as possible and you pay the same low price whatever dates you choose. Quite simply, we want these trips to be as inclusive as they can be.

Our belief is that all primary school pupils should have the opportunity to enjoy the thrills of being away from home and having the time of their lives, learning valuable life skills along the way.

Why you are you a great place for educational visits?

Just a stone’s throw from a fine sandy beach and nestled at the foot of the Exmoor National Park Quantock Hills. COGO Travel offers school residential trips with a truly fantastic standard of activities, entertainment and accommodation that pupils (and teachers!) will love. Find out why your pupils simply won’t want to leave.

What does a typical educational visit include?

Behind COGO Travel is a team of people who have many years’ experience of running school trips. Our aim is to provide good quality yet more affordable adventures for primary schools.

We understand the challenges head teachers face in finding affordable trips for the dates when they need to travel without disrupting the curriculum. We also believe that primary school aged pupils in particular should benefit from experienced instructors who have the maturity and skills to ensure their safety, enjoyment and skills development.

What group sizes do you cater for?

We have no minimum group size and can cater for up to 400 guests at one time.

Do you provide projects, teacher’s packs, work sheets or any useful information?

All teachers will receive a teacher’s pack that will assist them in every part of organizing the school trip. We also have a comprehensive list of all activities and learning outcomes, to help them choice the best itinerary for their group.

Are you happy for children to take photos, video or audio?

What is your process for booking pre arranged risk assessments?

We have all risk assessment documents for the teachers to assist them through this process.

Does your venue have an education officer?

All teachers should come through our head office, who will assist them in the planning and delivery of their school trip.

What is the cost of the visit?

As part of our on-going support to Schools, Parents and Pupils, we aim to keep prices as low as possible and offer the dates that you want to travel.

Prices are from £209 based on 3 days and include coach travel.
