Why you are you a great place for educational visits?
Our goal is to is to show that being fit and healthy can be an enjoyable and shared experience. We also run a variety of classes to suit a wide range of ages and abilities including fitness sessions and free running courses. These sessions are progressive and run over a number of weeks to ensure participants are not only receiving exercise on a regular basis, but also feel welcome by the Flip Out community and enhancing their kinetic capabilities.

What does a typical educational visit include?
A typical visit for a kids group booking at Flip Out will begin with every participant signing a waiver at reception and proceeding to the main desk to check in. Once the participants have confirmed their attendance, they will be given wristbands and watch a safety briefing video outlining the code of conduct expected in the premises. Once viewed, participants can proceed to the arena where they can begin their session under the instruction of a Safety Marshal. Once their session is over, there will be an announcement to signify the end of the session and the participants can regroup in the diner or reception.
