We’ve also here for you before you travel with our unique ‘Recipe for Success’. This step by step plan including posters, template parent letters, a dedicated web page and a presentation by an Educational Travel Specialist, will get your students psyched, parents informed and group ready to go.

Do you have the LOtC Quality Badge or any other accreditation such as AALA?
Yes we have a LOTC badge as well as STF, ABTA and ATOL

What does a typical educational visit include?
We have our tried and tested itineraries which we know work and recommend. However, we can customise these to meet your curriculum and budget requirements. We offer trips to exciting destinations all over the world for a range of subjects including geography, history, religious studies, MFL, biology, science & technology, art, business studies and many more. Explore our range of school trips now.

If you can’t find the specific destination or itinerary you’re looking for, we are happy to create a customised itinerary for your group. Contact us to get started.

What group sizes do you cater for?
We can help with groups as small as six with our Shared Perspectives Trips. These are joint educational tours with students from around the world. For our coach trips we recommend at least 30 students.

Do you provide projects, teacher’s packs, work sheets or any useful information?
Yes we have just developed some workbooks for our Iceland tours which are very popular with teachers. We are continuously working to provide more resources for our teachers.

Are you happy for children to take photos, video or audio?
We encourage students to take photos and videos and share them with us online. We love seeing how the trip is going! We also offer group leaders a reward to write about their experience on our blog (just launched in September 2017!).

What is your process for booking pre arranged risk assessments?
We can provide copies of our risk assessments for each destination.

Does your venue have an education officer?
We have a dedicated Curriculum and Academics team.

What is the cost of the visit?
The costs can vary depending on the destination, length, student numbers and many other factors. Our trips range from a day trip to France for £60 to a two week trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands.

We work on a 1:8 free teacher place ratio for our flight tours and a ratio of 1:10 for our coach tours. We can build in more free staff places if required.

Is specific clothing required for the trip?
Yes for some of our trips, specific clothing is required. A suggested packing list will be provided by your Account Manager so you will be prepared.

Do you have first aid on site or will the group need to bring a qualified first aider?
We always recommend a first aider accompanies each school trip.

What are your disabled facilities?
We can work with the school to provide disabled facilities.

What are your opening days and hours?
We are open Monday – Thursday 8.30-5.30pm and Friday 8.30-4pm.

Do you have any testimonials from previous schools we can include?
