Welcome to Adrenaline International of West Yorkshire. Kids love trampolines, not only are they fun, but when used regularly, studies have shown that jumping on trampolines offers many physical, health and educational benefits for kids too.

8 Benefits of trampolining for kids:

Teaches Persistence
It takes time to master specific skills on a trampoline, but because it’s so much fun, kids will often persist until they get their moves right.

Improves Self-Esteem
As a child masters new skills on the trampoline they begin to gain confidence, which in turn translates into a better self-image.

Effects Learning Success
As kids learn to control the movement of their body, it can help them to learn other things too.

Because a trampoline teaches muscle control and coordination, many children see an improvement in their learning success when they use a trampoline regularly.

Improves Flexibility
Jumping on a trampoline strengthens and lengthens muscles and improves flexibility.

Develops Motor Skills
When kids jump on a trampoline their brain is forced to function bilaterally as they jump up and down in the air.

Both sides of their brain and both sides of their body must work together to maintain coordination and balance when on a trampoline. This in turn helps increase their motor skills.

Cardiovascular Workouts
Jumping on a trampoline increases a child's heart rate and gives their heart a great workout.

Improved Posture
Along with improving kids balance, jumping on a trampoline can improve their posture.

The trampoline floor is constantly moving and kids must be aware of their centre of gravity at all times.

The balance they learn on a trampoline helps improve balance in other activities too.

Exercise in Disguise
Trampolining is exercise in disguise and is perfect for kids who don’t like taking part in sports lessons or sports activities.

A trampoline offers fun physical fitness for kids, a chance to move their body and exercise for a few minutes or more a day without them even realising!

Our facility offers a fun, exciting and energetic experience with us having over 140 connected trampolines making it one of the largest in the UK.

The trampoline park is split into 4 distinctive zones: -

The main zone with 69 trampoline beds, including 5 combination tracks and 2 slam dunk basketball tracks.

A dodgeball court which has 40 trampolines and is split into 2 sections for team games.

The freestyle jump area which has 28 trampoline beds and then our air bag pit which has 3 trampolines and 1 platform to launch yourselves from.

The act of rebounding on a trampoline stimulates internal organs and promotes lymphatic circulation. This pushes toxins out of cells, allowing nutrients in.

Not to mention you can burn up to 800 calories for an hour’s activity.

Why you are you a great place for educational visits?
Children who regularly jump on a trampoline gain educational benefits from the exercise. Studies have shown that trampoline jumping can have an effect on academic success.

We have invested in a great lighting and sound system imported from the USA and we were the first facility in Europe to have this which adds to the great atmosphere.

As well as our Trampoline Park, we also have onsite our Lost City Soft Play area which makes us unique in the UK. This facility includes features such as themed blocks, hanging/swinging vines, giant boulders, spinning rollers, spider’s webs, crawling tubs, volcano ball it, cannonball blast zone and four lane hyper slide and much much more.

Do you have the LOtC Quality Badge or any other accreditation such as AALA?
We are registered members of the International Association of Trampoline Parks.

What does a typical educational visit include?
Groups are expected to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled booking time, during which, all participants will be checked in and waivers checked (if using our trampolines).

(Please note all participants must have a completed waiver, signed by a responsible parent/guardian 18 or above, to be able to bounce on our trampolines).

Participants are then given (free) Adrenaline socks and bands and escorted down to our Briefing and Locker room where each participant can place items into our (free) lockers and watch an important short safety video.

Then the fun begins as they are led down to either our vast open plan trampoline area to begin their 1 hour bounce or huge 3 tier soft play centre.

What group sizes do you cater for?
We can cater for groups up to 75 per hour for our trampolines or 160 for our soft play. Groups can book longer sessions and mix both trampolines and soft play together.

Are you happy for children to take photos, video or audio?
There are no restrictions on photos or videos being taken/recorded at our facilities, however, if this is a request that no photography/recordings be taken then we would adhere to this.
