Adaptable Travel provide a range of study packs for a range of our trips, including science study packs to support school trips to CERN, history study packs for WW1 Battlefield trips to Belgium, Maths workbooks for school trips to Disneyland Paris and Geogrpahy workbooks for school trips to Iceland. In addition, all geography trips come with the support of our resident heography expert Julie Edwards (BSc Hons Geography), and all history school trips come with the support of our history expert Ricky Behan (BA Hons History).
We also offer a range support materials for teachers, al in the aid of making teachers life easier and learning more engaging for your pupils.
Can you take photos, video or audio? Are there any copyright restrictions?
We actively encourage photos, videos and blogs from our groups. We even run annual competitions and reward contributors.
How do you arrange a risk assessment?
We can provide free copies of our risk assessments, Safety Management System and supplier on-site audits. In addition we can help you undertake an inspection visit by covering the cost of your accommodation, please enquire for more information.
What does it cost?
Our school trips range from Daytrips from £30, to 7 day trips to Japan or China, so we really do have school trips available for every budget.
Our 2 day trips to London start from just £59 per paying passenger, and our Iceland school trips from just £299 per paying passenger.
All of our school trips come with 1 free place for every 10 paying pupils, but we can build in more free staff places if required.
Do you have first aid on site?
We always recommend a first aider accompanies each school trip.
Are there disabled facilities?
Adaptable Travel work with many schools with disabled students, who travel with us. We can usually offer suitable coaches and accommodation where required.
What are your opening days and hours?
Monday – Friday, 09:00hrs – 17:00hrs
