The Classic Tour is a sightseeing tour like no other. An open top bus tour of London on an original 1960s Routemaster bus.

Exactly what does your venue offer to educational visits?

The tour visits all of the major sights in London, offering historic facts about every one of them, but keeping the tone of the tour light and engaging at the same time.

Why you are you a great place for educational visits?

Our tour encompasses plenty of information about history of London  in just 75 minutes, keeping it interesting for younger audiences.

What does a typical educational visit include?

Every tour includes a brief history of London and it’s legacy, ranging from stories about life in middle-age Britain to political and territorial changes that occurred in the City of London.

What group sizes do you cater for?

We cater for groups up to 64.

Do you provide projects, teacher’s packs, work sheets or any useful information?

As of now we do not provide guidebooks, however, we aim to do that in the near future.

Are you happy for children to take photos, video or audio?

Yes, we encourage to take as many photos as you wish!

What is your process for booking pre arranged risk assessments?

We are happy to provide risk assessment per request.

What is the cost of the visit?

Child tickets are £9 each, and for every 10 tickets a supervising adult goes free of charge! Additional adult tickets are £12 each.

Is specific clothing required for the trip?

We encourage to wear warm clothing, since London weather can be unpredictable! We also provide ponchos in case of a rainy day.

Do you have first aid on site or will the group need to bring a qualified first aider?

We have first aid available on all of our buses.

We provide comfortable seating upstairs and downstairs. Due to health and safety regulations we cannot allow consumption of food on board.

What are your disabled facilities?

We accommodate foldable wheelchairs on board and have downstairs seating to make it easier for children with disabilities.

What are your opening days and hours?

We run the tours daily at 10:35, 12:05, 14:40 and 16:10. Our phone lines are open daily from 10am to 7pm.
