We are a long established, small charity offering residential stays to children up to the age of 9. Many are from underprivileged backgrounds/areas or are disabled but not exclusively. We can facilitate a stay in the Worcestershire countryside on a non-working farm where our staff will enable the youngsters to have close contact with a range of animals. These include donkeys, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens and rabbits which children can interact with each day including collecting eggs and having a donkey ride or local walk. We provide the resources for schools to then personalise a visit to the needs of their own learners. We have a very small staff and our visits are very low cost as a result.
The farm is in Bromsgrove which is 30-40 minutes drive from most areas in Birmingham and 30 minutes from Worcester. The farm is in a rural area but less than 10 minutes drive from Bromsgrove town centre and the local hospital (8am-8pm)
Two members of staff live on site and one of them is available at all times 24hours a day. All staff are DBS checked and have first aid qualifications.
