Description

Our two main counties that we operate in are Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire, we have different Accommodations for the different areas we provide activities in, both are 15min from the nearest town/supermarket, are within walking distance of the beach/sea and within walking distance of some of the areas we provide activities. Public transport is sparse in these areas.

What group sizes do you cater for?

Adventure Beyond has the capacity to take a group of up to 150 students, which works on a ratio of 10 students per instructor, dependent on the groups needs. Although typical groups range from 10-60.

Please give information regarding room sizes and room facilities?

The accommodation can take from 2-16 people some rooms are bunk beds others single and twin, the bathroom and shower facilities are shared. There is no air con or tv.

What is the cost of the accommodation?

Our trips range £250-300 fully catered, this price is inclusive of our activities and ac-commodation. Supervising adults stay for free on a 1 adult  for every 10 children ratio.

What is your process for booking pre arranged risk assessments?

We provide risk assessments on request.

Does your Accommodation have a booking contact? 

We have our own accommodation on site as well as accommodation providers depending on the location the residential takes place

Do you have first aid on site or will the group need to bring a qualified first aider?

All of our staff are first aid qualified, and are certified with 16 hour courses or more.

There are different amenities in the different sites for the specific needs of the group  we will endeavour to accommodate that need e.g. We have dining areas in all accommodations and are happy to provide meals including breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. At 2 of the sites there is WIFI access, and areas for social interaction.

One of the accommodation sites that we use is disabled accessible with disabled accessible toilet and shower facilities.

What are your opening days and hours?

Our office is open 9am-5pm 7 days a week

Is there anything else that you feel is important and want to include in your in-formation?

Adventure Beyond has been working with groups doing their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award since we were first set up in 1997, we are an Approved Activity Provider though the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award as well as being a (AALA) Adventure Activities Licensing Authority approved centre.

We are specialists in canoe, kayak and walking expeditions from the total beginner never looking at a map not knowing how a tent is pitched through to the more experienced groups looking at challenging themselves at gold.
