Lancashire Outdoor Education is a major provider of high quality outdoor learning opportunities. We deliver all-inclusive learning experiences in an outdoor environment, in keeping with the National Curriculum and the commitment to outdoor learning. With 3 centres located within Lancashire and Cumbria, we are not simply outdoor activity centres. We work in partnership with schools to make sure everything we do is based on sound educational principles, with a lasting impact on each individual.

Each centre holds an Adventure Activities Licensing Service license and; where appropriate, National Governing Body recognition. Our tutors and instructional staff are highly qualified, delivering outdoor learning in a safe, educational, fun package and all have extensive experience of building positive relationships with those they engage with.

Situated in the picturesque Ribble Valley, surrounded by woodland, water and fields, our seven acre grounds and canoe lake offer a great base to come. Located 2 miles down Hothersall Lane, Hothersall Lodge is within easy access to Ribchester and Longridge.
