Galford Springs is a converted barn set within Galford Farm, in the beautiful Lewtrenchard valley, West Devon. It was design to accommodate groups who enjoy the country side and want to explore nearby Dartmoor and all its attractions. We are approximately 8-9 miles from 3 towns, Tavistock, Okehampton and Launceston. There is a bus service in the nearest village of lewdown, about 1.5 miles. It is a working farm so there are sheep, cows, free range chickens, dogs and cats and also horses. The area is rural but Mr and Mrs Harding are usually about for 24 hour security , we also have a few tenants who keep a check on things if we are not around.
