What does your venue offer to school trips & educational visits?
Ace Karting has activities to treat people of all ages from 4-94, with ample space for any classroom or theory based sessions and a 360m Indoor Karting Track.
We have the ability for hands on learning with our go karts be in basic design to engine rebuild. Or for the younger generation a more safety orientated day.

Go Karting is designed to be fun, Ace Karting Plus offer a very unique experience. Music, lights, Camera, Action. Words cant do it justice but it has been described as a “Karting Disco” and “Mario Kart Inspired”

Typical Itinerary is:
Sign In by: 10:20am
Educational Safety Briefing by 10:35
Course Specific Talk: i.e business, advertising, design, mechanics. Usually led by school teacher with ourselves available to assist answer questions etc.
11:30 Break for Lunch
12:30 Return from Lunch
14:15 Finish Karting
What size groups do they cater for?
Upto 30 per group.
Do you provide projects, teacher’s packs, work sheets or any useful information?
As mainly a hosting venue packs are not provided as a general rule, but with tailored packages there can be worksheets created working along with the teachers.
Can you take photos, video or audio? Are there any copyright restrictions?
No copyright issues, as long as all parents have given consent for Audio Visual Recordings prior to the event.

What does it cost?
Various Costs most of the visits we have had upto date start from £25 per person for a Half Day including 30 minutes track time.

We have a qualified first aider on site.

Canned drinks £1 each

Are there disabled facilities?
No specific disable facilities, we do however have patrons that are wheelchair users and those with learning difficulties. Which we cater for. We are looking into disabled facilities in the future.
What are your opening days and hours?
We can operate anytime from 9am to 9pm on licence and can and do open for bookings of groups within these times.
Usual Hours are 4pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 10pm on weekends.
Do you have any testimonials from previous customers who have visited you on an educational visit that we can include in your section?
We have no official testimonials but have a few schools who are returning customers who book within a few days of the first time they visit. Woodgreen Academy can verify this as they are the most recent.
