The UKCCA is great in terms of supporting learning for many reasons. The best that comes to mind is the inclusiveness of the carnival art form. Nobody is left out. Everyone has a role, skill, idea or contribution that can be of value. I does not rely on previous experience or a cultural difference giving any particular advantage. We start where the learner begins!
