TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition is open to teachers, lecturers, nursery managers, youth group leaders and registered childminders, in England, Scotland and Wales only. It is not open to employees or contractors of Dream Solutions Media Ltd. or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
2. To enter the teachers, lecturers, nursery managers, youth group leaders or registered childminders must register with the site www.ukschooltrips.co.uk. It is free to register, quick and easy and we only need minimal details. We have a strict privacy policy and none of your information will be shared. As part of the registration process you will sent an email to confirm registration, it is your responsibility to ensure to do this as without it your registration is incomplete and you won't be included in the prize draw.
3. The prize is up to the value of £150 inclusive. This is based on a group of 30 and a cost of £5 per person. Should your group be smaller, EG: if you are a childminder you may invite other childminders and their children or you may go to more then one venue. If your group is larger you can chose a cheaper venue or you can add some extra funds.
4. The registered user who wins the prize draw may pick any venue from www.ukschooltrips.co.uk to take their group to for their Educational Visit. The correct ratio of adults as stipulated by the normal rules and regulations that apply to educational visits must be in attendance.
5. Transport to and from the venue is not provided and is the responsibility of the winner.
6. All normal procedures that are carried out for Educational Visits, such as pre visit risk assessment must still be carried out. In addition correct insurance is the responsibility of the winner and not of Dream Solutions Media Ltd.
7. The draws will take place twice a year starting from 2008 as follows: June 7^th and December 7^th.
8. Dream Solutions Media Ltd. Do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
9. Winners will be notified by email and phone within one week after each draw taking place.
10. The winner will be selected at random, under independent supervision, by the Directors of Dream Solutions Media Ltd.
11. Dream Solutions Media Ltd cannot be responsible for any incident that may incur on the visit.
12. We will not pass on your personal details to any other organisation without your permission except for the purposes of running the competition which you have entered.
13. The name of the winning teachers, lecturers, nursery managers, youth group leaders and registered childminders, along with their school, college, nursery or group name and the regional area where they are from will be publicised on the site. We will not publicise the name of any children in the group without the written permission of their parents.
14. Players must supply full information required at the registration process, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
15. The Directors decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The company reserves the right to cancel, shorten or extend the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
17. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering this competition.
18. This agreement is governed by the laws of England, Wales and Scotland.
