Allnatt Venues provide stunning venues with warm and friendly atmospheres which are perfect for school visits. The Chatsworth is situated just 5 minutes from the beach and town centre and 5 minutes from open countryside in Swanage. East Dene is at the heart of the community of Bonchurch; a truly delightful village on the south east of the Isle of Wight. Our programme prices include: • Full board and accommodation from 2pm on day of arrival to breakfast on the day of departure All tuition, tailored to your curriculum needs • All transport needed during the programme • A parent's presentation for first time visitors • A free preview planning visit for group leaders • Direct liaison with our Head of Teaching to refine the details of your programme We are members of the Institute of Outdoor Learning (IOL) and hold an AALA licence. What does a typical school trip or educational visit include? We provide a wide range of teaching programmes for various key stages; it is recommended that the group leader contact the relevant venue for further information or to request a brochure. Our senior tutors are always happy to speak with group leaders in order to provide the most relevant modules for their needs. We are also able to cater for specialized diets, provided we are informed in advance. What size groups do they cater for? Minimum group size is 15, we can cater for groups up to 200. What can they provide you with to support your school trip or educational visit? We do provide leaders with work sheets appropriate to their programme. Our programmes cater for various key stages and it is recommended that the leader contact the relevant centre for further information or to request a brochure. Can you take photos, video or audio? Are there any copy write restrictions? We are happy for children and group leaders to take photos. How do you arrange a risk assessment? We provide a Risk Management Summary and welcome preliminary visits from group leaders prior to their visit. What are the contact details for their education officer? Please call number above. What does it cost? Cost is dependant on the type of programme and time of year, please contact the relevant centre for a copy of the tariff and quote. Free leader places are allocated on a ratio of 1-15 (Monday to Friday) and 1-12 (Weekends only) Is specific clothing required? We provide a kit list to each group leader prior to their visit. Do you have first aid on site? We do have a qualified First Aider on site but each group is recommended to bring their own. What facilities do they have for school trips and educational visits? We supply a packed lunch and this is usually eaten off site and is built into the various programmes. Are there disabled facilities?
