Our 'lessons on the lanes' is an ideal opportunity for schools to visit our ten pin bowling sites for not only a fun activity but for a learning experience using our worksheets. What size groups do they cater for? We cater for groups of 8 up to 120 plus, the work sheets are for the teachers to use as an educational lesson on the lanes experience and can be undertaken on site or back in the classroom. Can you take photos, video or audio? Are there any copy write restrictions? We are happy for the kids to take pictures under permission from the site manager. How do you arrange a risk assessment? Risk assessment sheets are available from the site manager and have been undertaken by our health and safety manager. What does it cost? Costs will vary from site to site depending on the size of group and time of day etc, for more information contact your local centre or visit www.bowlplex.co.uk for more information. Supervisors / teachers accompanying the students are normally free of charge and we recommend that the organiser agrees this with the site prior to the event. Do you have first aid on site? There is normally a first aider on site. What facilities do they have for school trips and educational visits? There is a grill on site at all of our centres, if packed lunches are too be brought on site, this needs to be agreed upon when booking your group visit. Are there disabled facilities?
